5. Contact-form processing
Our contact form is processed by FormSubmit, a service operated by Upsurge Ventures in India. When you submit the form, the information is transmitted to FormSubmit so it can deliver the inquiry to contact@adwirks.com. FormSubmit states that submission data is used to deliver the message and may be retained for up to 30 days. This processing may involve an international transfer of personal information.

6. How we disclose information
We may disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary to:
- service providers that host, secure, support, or process communications for our website and business;
